The library is proud to present a sweet evening with New Ipswich’s very own William Poole and Porter Hill Sweets on Thursday, September 29th, at 7pm.
From his website, “Chef William Poole is a small-batch confectioner, working from the kitchen of our 18th century farmhouse in rural New Hampshire. He specializes in creating solid chocolates from metal-vintage and reproduction molds.
Porter Hill Sweets hand castings and confections feature Central American semi-sweet, Fair Trade chocolate.”
